Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are working hard to address the issues and priorities on your estate. We are using this opportunity to update your estate action plan.

Report antisocial behaviour

Antisocial behaviour (ASB)

You said:

  • Residents were concered with ASB on the estate

We did:

  • Arranged regular patrols by Community Safety Enforcement Officers along with the use of redeployable cameras
  • Upgraded block entry fob system to prevent unauthorised access
  • Templar House is part of CCTV upgrade project

Lighting

You said: 

  • Lighting on the estate did not work consistently

We did:

  • Arrange for lighting to be checked regularly and any issues reported to repairs

Cleaning

You said:

  • Estate could be cleaner

We did:

  • Arranged spot treatment and weeding works for September 2024 and April 2025

Cars and parking

You said:

  • Parking and cars speeding was an issue

We did:

  • Installed a parking gate at Templar House
